Make your return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your package. In order to make the return, it is essential that the product be in perfect condition with the special markings (tags), the proof of order and the special return form.
RETURNS AND POLICY
IN THE CASE OF A RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Exchange with the same or another product.
- Make your change in the e-shop if you have made your original purchase there. Return the product to
its original packaging very well packed to avoid damage during transport, using the Courier Center service at our expense. You return your products with the Courier Center either by calling your local store or by delivering your package to the local store and stating that the charge is the recipient’s. You will not pay any amount at that time but we will add the amount of €2 to the order that we will send back to you as a change.
After we receive your return, we will complete the change by offsetting the amount of the products and adding the new shipping costs (The new shipping costs consist of the 2€ of the return, the 3.90€ of the shipping and the 1.00€ of the cash on delivery, the total resulting from transport is €6.90)
In the event that you choose to use any other transport of your choice, you will bear the entire costs of the transport.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. You must send the product back or deliver it to the address below, without delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day you told us you are withdrawing from the sale.
*To reserve/reserve the product with which you wish to change you will need to place a new order following the same procedure as a normal cash on delivery order just to deduct the amount/balance resulting from your returned items, you must in the field ”Comments” note the word ”Change”. Please be informed that the final amount with the credit will not be shown automatically when you place your order, it will be deducted from our account after your return has been processed.
